- How does WooNinja Files work?
- WooNinja Files allows you to share your downloadable material in a secure manner in your own private folder. You can select which students have access to which files, meaning they are automatically granted access based on their enrollments.
- Do I need a developer? Or coding skills?
- No, WooNinja Files is a one click install with no additional code or developers needed.
- Do you offer a trial of your software?
- We offer a full, no questions asked refund within 30 days of purchase if you don't like our software. After this, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty.
- Are your GDPR compliant?
- Yes, we are 100% GDPR compliant. We do not sell, monitor or analyse your student data. All files are stored using EU data centers on AWS S3.
- Do you charge per file, student or course?
- No, our plan includes unlimited files, students and courses. Whether you store 10MB, 100GB or 1TB, our pricing is the same.
- Is your storage truly unlimited?
- We operate a fair use policy for our storage. Generally speaking, the 'sky is the limit' but we reserve the right to limit those that we feel are unreasonably over utilising our resources.
- Is there a limit on the size of student assignment uploads?
- To ensure a smooth student experience, we limit student assignment file uploads to 100mb or less. If you require larger uploads for your students, please contact us.
- How can I upload very large files?
- For large files, those that are generally not supported by browser upload e.g. 1GB or more, we can import the files directly on your behalf. Simply contact us using the bubble below.
